Virtual Coaching 

Chronic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity, are the leading causes of death, disability and Health Care Costs. Complex and multiple approaches are required to address these chronic diseases. One of these approaches is the integration of Health Coaching where individuals are empowered to take charge of their health instead of passively receiving services. Research shows this model of care through health coaching has positively improved individuals' physical, mental, and social well-being.


Recipients of health coaching can confidently change behaviors contributing to their health risks which empowers them to better self-manage their chronic health conditions. As a Public Health Instructor and Lifestyle Coach, Marie McClellan, strongly believe in this person-centered-model of care, which led her to offer virtual health coaching through Renewed Mind and Body.

Our Health coaches partner with clients who are seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values to promote health and wellness and enhance well-being. We believe in our clients' capacity for change. Our goal is to increase clients' internal motivation and ownership to make and support health behavior changes.  Renewed Mind and Body offers virtual individual coaching, one time or long term sessions and virtual group coaching sessions. We hope to partner with you soon in your decision to take control of your health!
